Europe 3-7 working days
Rest of the World 6-12 working days

Please note that there may be import duties due on the goods you are buying. We suggest you contact your local customs office to find out if any duties apply.

DTI Distance Selling Regulations

These Government Department of Trade and Industry regulations entitle you to a 7-day 'cooling off' period which will commence from the date that you receive your purchase from Ribble Cycles. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods that you have purchased as you would when buying in a shop.

If you wish to exercise these rights and cancel your purchase, you should return the goods to Ribble Cycles, 363 Leach Place, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 8AS, United Kingdom within 7 working days from the date after the goods were received by you.

You can only cancel your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. You will not be reimbursed for any postage or carriage costs.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Time of delivery as indicated above shall not be of the essence

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times as stated above. Delivery times may sometimes be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet the specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or continue with the order and accept a refund of any delivery charges.

Should Ribble Cycles be prevented from making any delivery date due to lack or delayed deliveries on the part of its suppliers, or any other event beyond its reasonable control you are entitled to terminate the contract by giving written notice to Ribble Cycles without any compensation or indemnity being due by Ribble Cycles. In any case, Ribble Cycles will be entitled to claim payment of all products already supplied to the customer.

We reserve the right to terminate any order where we find our carriers are unable to deliver as part of our agreed standard contract terms.

Lost Parcels

We will only refund/redespatch UK orders that have not been received 15* working days after dispatch.


We will only refund/redespatch overseas orders that have not been received 20* working days after dispatch.

*We reserve the right to increase these delivery times at our discretion e.g. Due to bad weather, at peak times and due to national or international postal disputes.
