Our HQ is located at 363 Leach Place, Walton Summit Centre, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 8AS, United Kingdom, company number 4149504. Delivery schedule and Shipping costs

UK delivery time for parts and accessories is stated at 2-4 working days, bikes are built in line with the despatch date indicated at the time of order (subject to component availability) and take a further 48 hours in the post from despatch. Next-day delivery is available within the UK on orders placed before 2 pm (orders placed before 2 pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday). There is a range of worldwide delivery options available and schedules vary depending on the destination. For sales outside of the EU, there may be customs/import duties to pay depending on the value of the goods – these are the responsibility of the customer. Please note there are restrictions on all shipping types, for full details please see our delivery page.

Please note that our mailing partners do not perform collections on Bank Holidays and this may impact your delivery time is selecting a priority shipping service.

Build Times

Every Ribble bike is hand-assembled in the UK by our team of skilled mechanics. Each bike is comprised of a combination of approximately 40 Individual component parts, and we quote an estimated despatch date based on the availability of these 40 items at the time of order. Because of the complexity involved in building your customised bike, the estimated build date may be subject to change. You can view your live order status and latest despatch date by logging into your account.

Please note that payments for pre-order products are taken in full when your order is placed. If you have paid for your purchase via V12 Finance, the agreement and payments will not commence until your goods are dispatched for delivery or are available for collection from store.

If you have paid using a Cycle to Work voucher, please note that your pre-order date is subject to change depending on when we receive your voucher and can release your order. This is because we can only allocate a frame to your build once full payment has been received. Furthermore, your scheme may start salary deductions immediately (please seek advice from your chosen scheme provider if you are unsure about this point).

Every effort is made to ensure that pre-order dates are accurate, but in some cases, it may be necessary for us to amend these dates. Under these circumstances, we will communicate any changes that apply to existing orders.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

Orders that are placed by yourself at Ribble Cycles will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. Any automated acknowledgment of your order received from us does not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods on the website. The contract between ourselves, Ribble Cycles and the buyer is concluded when we (i) take payment or (ii) dispatch the goods, whichever is the latter.

Any items sold on the website are not for resale or distribution. We reserve the right to limit the number of products that you may select to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we believe products are being ordered that are in breach of this provision.

Ownership of any bike purchased from Ribble is non-transferrable, any warranty becomes null and void in case of resale.

Where you have been emailed a voucher by your cycle to work provider, please forward your the voucher to us at [email protected] along with your order number.

Returns Policy

While we want you to be happy with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you need to return items. You can return your order or parts of your order for a refund or exchange in line with our returns policy. For more information please visit our Returns Page.

Website Prices

By default all prices displayed on our site are in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and include VAT (where applicable) at the standard UK rate of 20%. Purchases made from outside of the UK are VAT free. We offer the ability to pay in selected currencies (£GBP, $USD, $AUD, $CAD, $NZD, €EUR, ¥YEN) – any purchases made in a currency outside of these will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and converted to your currency by your credit/debit card provider. When placing an order, the order will be charged in the currency of the billing address (where available) but if the delivery address is outside the UK, VAT is not included. You may be required to pay local tax upon import into the destination country. To avoid delay please ensure that the billing address and delivery address are correct at time of order.

Website Accuracy

It is our aim to ensure that all images and descriptions are accurate, however, there may be occasions where these details are incorrect. This is due, in part, to receiving incorrect or limited information from the manufacturers/suppliers. Where weight is stipulated, this is provided by the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee its accuracy. In the instance where we supply a product different to that advertised, we will happily refund or exchange the item for you.

Custom Colour Program

Our CustomColour program gives you complete control over your bike design. Choose from a wide range of colour options for a single colour finish, or choose a gradient (fade) design for something a bit more unique. You can also choose the colour of the decals and any frame accents. All of our CustomColour frames are hand-painted in the UK.

Please note that CustomColour will add a number of days to your estimated build time and this will be quoted when you select CustomColour in BikeBuider (normal T&Cs apply).

Please note that due to the customised nature of a CustomColour frameset, these bikes are excluded from our 30-day test-ride return offer.

Currently available on all models of bike.

Images of CustomColour designs are for illustration purposes only; the final colour may vary slightly from the image displayed.
